I spilled coffee on a laptop!

Well, the other day I got a call about a coffee meets laptop scenario.

Step 1-

Turn off that stuff.

Unplug that stuff

Remove the peripherals and battery.

Step 2

Open what can be opened.

Let dry!!! Maybe let sit under an incandescent light for at least a day.

Step 3

Go in and mop up, or clean. Once you are sure that things are not going to be pushed or moved around by you with isopropyl.

So here’s a little video where I open up the machine, and show you some of the things to look for.

Remember, always be safe, read instructions, and don’t try and force things.
